The room was big and the bathroom was big and modern too. Cleaning staff came every day to clean. The pool was really nice! I went for a swim every morning after my run. we also walked along the river bed at the bottom of the hotel. Delicious breakfast too and on our last day we got a complimentary take away coffee of our choice. But the best part was the friendly and helpful staff! I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Chiang Rai❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good sized room and balcony overlooking the river. Big swimming pool and sun beds. The hotel has extensive grounds and nice features. Considering this hotel was flooded back in September the staff have worked a miracle cleaning up. There is still work to do but everything is working ( ground floor rooms and gym being refurbished). Don't be put off staying here, it's a great hotel.

About half an hour from the city. Clean and quiet surroundings are their best attributes. Front counter staff we encountered was not good in English so took a while for her to understand us. Breakfast was not spectacular and very simple. For such a big hotel, there isn't even an egg station. There is a simple gym and a lap pool. Nevertheless, the rooms were spacious and clean. Not very good sound proofing though.

The rooms and facility was beautiful. The pool was of a really good size and the restaurant food was delicious.

The property is nice in a quiet area. Rooms are spacious and have a balcony with view on nature. The food at the restaurant was very good.

Large and spacious place, huge and luxurious rooms. The staff is welcoming and answers any problem. Nice pool, not spacious enough. In a place far from the city center and located in a natural and special environment.

Hotel location was so closed for central of Chiangrai, easy to access and huge facilities. Also the price is reasonable with satisfied the cost I paid.

The location in a quiet part of town and the beautiful rooms and pool. Everything was exceptional. The hotel staff were very courteous and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They even prepared vegetarian versions of what they had in their menu.

The 2 bedroom suite is very spacious, bigger than my expectation. This hotel is quite new and clean.
